What this policy covers

This website only. It does not cover anything we do off the site, or any other company's site we link to.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry through the form on this site: your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. We also receive your IP address as part of the bot check that protects the form from automated abuse.

If you accept analytics: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser, and the site you came from. This is collected through Google Analytics 4 and only with your consent. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.

Why we collect it

Enquiries, so that we can read and answer them. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted us about work and we need your details to reply.

Bot protection on the form, so that our inbox is not filled with automated spam. The lawful basis is legitimate interests.

Analytics, so that we can understand how the site is used and improve it. The lawful basis is consent, which you give or withhold using the cookie banner, and can change at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We use the following processors:

• Cloudflare — runs the bot check on the enquiry form and passes the submission on to our email provider.
• Resend — delivers the enquiry to our inbox as an email.
• Microsoft — our email provider, once the message reaches our inbox.
• Google — analytics, and only if you have accepted analytics cookies.

Google and Resend may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards.

Webfonts on this site are served from our own server rather than a third party, so viewing the site does not send your IP address to a font provider.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for 24 months from the date of the enquiry, then deleted, unless the enquiry becomes a live project, in which case it is kept for as long as we need it for that project and our accounting obligations.

Analytics data is retained for 14 months, as configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict how we use it, to object to us using it, and to have it moved somewhere else. Email us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
